Refund Policy
=============

We want you to be happy with your Memorable Gift song. Here is our straightforward refund policy.

When You Are Entitled to a Refund
---------------------------------

You are entitled to a full refund if:

- Your song was not generated successfully due to a technical error on our side.
- Your song was not delivered within 30 minutes of payment (under normal operating conditions).
- The song contains content you consider inappropriate or offensive that was not requested.

When Refunds Are Not Available
------------------------------

Because songs are AI-generated digital goods created specifically for your request:

- We cannot offer refunds if you simply did not like the creative output.
- We cannot offer refunds once the song has been successfully delivered and downloaded.

EU / EEA Consumers
------------------

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law \* *unless*\* you have downloaded or started playing your song (at which point the right of withdrawal is waived, as you acknowledged at checkout).

How to Request a Refund
-----------------------

Email  with your order reference. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle.
