Memorable Gift ("we", "us") is responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this policy.

**Account data**: name and email address when you register.

**Song request data**: recipient name, age, genre preferences, and other details you provide to generate a song.

**Payment data**: payment is processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store your card details. We receive a transaction reference and billing country.

**Usage data**: we use PostHog analytics to understand how the service is used (pages visited, actions taken). If you consent, session replays may be recorded with all input fields masked.

**Technical data**: IP address, browser type, and device information collected via standard web server logs.

We process your data on the following legal bases:

- **Contract**: to deliver the song you purchased.
- **Legitimate interest**: to improve the service, prevent fraud, and ensure security.
- **Consent**: for analytics and session replay (you can withdraw at any time).

- Generate and deliver your personalised song.
- Send transactional emails (order confirmation, song delivery).
- Improve the service through analytics.
- Comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Sharing

- **Paddle** — payment processing and tax compliance.
- **PostHog** — product analytics (EU data residency available; we use the US region by default).
- **ElevenLabs** — AI voice and music generation.
- **Sentry** — error monitoring.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Song data is retained for 12 months. You can request deletion at any time.
