Memorable Gift uses artificial intelligence to create personalised birthday songs. We believe in being transparent about how this works.

How Songs Are Created
---------------------

When you place an order, we use your inputs — recipient's name, age, favourite genre, and other preferences you provide — to prompt a large language model (LLM) to write song lyrics, and an AI music generation service to produce the audio track.

Every song is unique: the AI generates it fresh for your request, it is not a pre-recorded template.

What "AI-Generated" Means
-------------------------

- **Lyrics**: Written by an AI language model, not a human songwriter.
- **Music**: Composed and produced by an AI music model, not a human musician.
- **Voice**: Sung by an AI voice synthesis model, not a human vocalist.

We review the generation pipeline for quality and safety, but individual songs are not manually reviewed by a human before delivery.

What We Do to Keep Content Safe

- Our prompts include safety instructions to avoid harmful, discriminatory, or explicit content.
- Our models are configured to refuse requests for content that violates our acceptable use policy.
- If a song contains content you find offensive or inappropriate, please contact us at  and we will investigate and issue a refund.

Copyright & Originality

AI-generated songs are created stochastically and are extremely unlikely to reproduce existing copyrighted works. However, we cannot guarantee originality in every instance. We do not knowingly infringe third-party rights. If you believe a song infringes a copyright, contact .
